LIMITED TIME ONLY, 2 FOR 1 OPENING OFFER. Comiskey Distillery's Gin Workshop is an intimate distilling experience, located next door to the iconic Eatons Hill Hotel. Craft your very own 500mL bottle of gin from a mini traditional Alembic copper still, with over 100 botanicals to choose from. As an Apprentice Gin Maker, you’ll be guided by our expert Craft Smiths throughout the process. Learn how to taste spirits like a true professional, you’ll receive a lesson in Spirit Yoga and be able to pair the perfect tonic with your gin blend. The ultimate hands-on class complimented with two cocktails and a gourmet charcuterie board to enjoy an afternoon of experimentation, learning all things gin making.
