Comiskey Distillery's Gin or Vodka Workshop is an intimate distilling experience, located next door to the iconic Eatons Hill Hotel. Craft your very own 500mL bottle of spirit from a mini traditional Alembic copper still, with over 100 botanicals to choose from. As an Apprentice Spirit Maker, you’ll be guided by our expert Distillers throughout the process. Learn how to taste spirits like a true professional, you’ll receive a lesson in Spirit Yoga and be able to pair the perfect mixer with your spirit. The ultimate hands-on class complimented with two cocktails and a gourmet charcuterie board to enjoy an afternoon of experimentation, learning all things spirit making.
